Catering Inquiries
A. We recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure the best experience and timely preparation. All menu orders must be confirmed and finalized at least 72 hours before the event.
For customized orders—including dietary restrictions, or a customer-tailored menu not listed on our standard menu—please inquire at least 5 days before your order date.
After receiving your order, we will send a confirmation with the details or a quote, if applicable. Please review it carefully and let us know if any adjustments are needed. Once finalized, we will proceed with preparing your order.
A. Yes, to lock in your order, a deposit of 20% of the total cost may be required for small orders and
50% for large orders.
Cancel up to 48 hours before your event for small orders at no charge. For larger events, we may require 72 hours or more due to order commitments with our vendor partners. Please note that the deposit amount may vary depending on the total cost of your order.
A. Yes, orders can be delivered. A delivery fee will be added to your total, based on the delivery location. The exact fee will be determined at checkout.
Please allow a 1-hour delivery window for all orders.
A. Yes, you can request to pick up your order at selected Kibo locations. To arrange for pick-up, please let us know when placing your order.
A. Yes, we can provide basic event supplies such as utensils, napkins, and plating supplies. Additionally, we may be able to assist with staffing and setting up food tables to enhance your event. Please contact us to discuss your needs and explore available options.
A. If you need to make changes to your order after it has been confirmed, please contact us at your earliest convenience. However, please note that if the changes are requested too close to the event date, we may not be able to accommodate them.
A. We get it - Plan change. Cancel up to 48 hours before your event for small orders at no charge.
For larger events, we may require 72 hours or more due to order commitments with our vendor partners.
*Late Cancellations:
A 50% charge will apply for cancellations made after the cutoff time noted above.
A. All orders are freshly prepared at 24 Martin Ross Avenue, Unit 4, North York, Ontario, M3J 2K8, in a kitchen that follows strict hygiene standards to ensure every dish is made with the utmost care and attention.
